Runners and blades for air coolers
Our company designs and manufactures impellers for axial industrial fans with the required operational and aerodynamic features.
Impellers (blades) of the axial industrial fans for air coolers are made of composite materials (synthetic resin and fiberglass) - TU 4861-001-92438187-2011, Certificate of Conformity # C-RU.AG37.V.20893).
In case you need to replace the fan impellers, manufactured by foreign companies, we are ready to develop and manufacture the similar ones, in accordance with your technical parameters.
We have also performed a range of activities aimed at developing, manufacture and introduction of the axial fans impellers for the petrochemical and oil refining enterprises, using AVG and AVZ - instead of air cooler impellers produced in the USA, Italy, Japan, France and others. (Hudson, Creusot-Loire, TEC, GEA, Nichimen, Nuovo Pignone).
The impeller blades are made of composite materials (based on synthetic resins and fiberglass) by contact molding, followed by thermocuring with non-joint input and output feather of the blade edge.
To prevent impellers’ erosion while working in environments with a high content of abrasive substances or using irrigation onto the blade leading edge, we apply the high-strength polyurethane coating.
One of the GOST requirements for air coolers is removal of static voltage from fan blades.
In accordance with our Technical Specifications, a conductive polymer material with a volume resistivity of not more than 104 ohm *cm has been developed and put into production.
It covers all the blades and parts connected with a steel hub, thus providing a full guarantee of static electricity removal from the entire blade surface.
